We ship free from New Canaan, CT. Ground shipping is free within the US –including Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Alaska. Expedited shipping (Next Day and 2nd Day) is also available at checkout at an extra, variable cost. Orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours from the date they are placed (excluding weekends and US national holidays). Orders that have selected expedited shipping (Next Day, 2nd Day or 3rd Day Select) ship the same day these are placed by 3pm EST, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Shipping to addresses outside the US is calculated at checkout. Please note that international duties and VAT are not calculated and are due at the time of delivery.
We accept returns within 30 days from the date that your order is delivered. Please note that Orders marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase (i.e. priced ending in 98 cents) are not eligible for refund and may be exchanged or returned for store credit only. Blythe Earrings and Decorative pillows are not eligible for returns. Customers with orders shipped outside the US must pay shipping for returns or exchanges.
When you place a pre-order, your payment is charged, and your items are automatically reserved. Placing a pre-order ensures that your item is reserved before it sells out. Your order will ship as soon as the item becomes available, via the shipping method (i.e. ground or expedited) that was selected at the time of the order. Once your order is ready to ship, you will be receiving an email with a shipping tracking number. Pre-order items are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of having been delivered.
