About Pre-Orders

HOW DO PRE-ORDERS WORK?
When you place a pre-order, your payment is charged and your items are automatically reserved. Placing a pre-order ensures that your item is reserved before it sells out.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY PRE-ORDER?

The expected ship date is indicated on the product page, at checkout and in a follow-up email sent after you place your pre-order.

Your order will ship as soon as the item becomes available, via the shipping method (i.e. ground or expedited) that was selected at the time of the order. Orders with expedited shipping will be prioritized. Once your order is ready to ship, you will be receiving an email with a shipping tracking number.

MAY I CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS ON MY PRE-ORDER?

Please note that pre-orders often ship before the stated date. If you wish to change the shipping address of your pre-order or cancel your pre-order please contact us as soon as possible by emailing us at care@nicoblu.com

MAY I CANCEL A PRE-ORDER?
Yes, of course you may cancel a pre-order, as long as it had not yet shipped. (You will be receiving an email once your pre-order is shipped, together with tracking information). Please email us at care@nicoblu.com as soon as possible to do so.

MAY I RETURN A PRE-ORDER?
We accept returns and exchanges 30 days from the time you receive your order. Pre-orders are subject to our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

MY ORDER CONTAINS A MIX OF ITEMS. WHEN WILL THESE SHIP?
We will ship those items that are available to ship now immediately. We will ship items ordered as pre-orders when these become available. You will incur no extra fees on shipping items as they become available.

If you wish to hold items that are available now and ship these with your pre-order, please let us know (by leaving a note at checkout or by contacting us).
