We design each piece to be singular and stand-alone; each has its unique story. No detail is overlooked—from the mixing of our own colors to achieve an exacting hue to selecting the right sheen of a stone on an embellishment. Each piece must be versatile, effortlessly traveling from day into night. Each piece must complement the total Nicoblu collection to fit our Nicoblu woman’s many moods. The effect is that of a highly curated collection picked up on many travels.
We produce in India–a country we intentionally selected drawn to its astounding diversity, its cultivation of beauty and mastery of centuries’ old hand-crafted techniques. The India of today is a direct continuation of the India across millennia past.

Every time your order shiops, you will be receiving an email confirmation with a tracking # to track your package. Please contact us immediately if you see that your package is lost in transit and we will work with our carrier to make sure that it gets safely in your hands.
NicoBlu is not responsible for lost or stolen packages–as long as the shipping carrier (i.e. USPS or UPS) shows proof of having delivered the package to the shipping address provided when placing your order.
We require a signature upon delivery of any orders $500 or more.
Should you wish to require a signature on any orders below $500, please leave a note with your order or contact us to let us know. We can arrange this for a nominal additional fee.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Domestic returns will be accepted for a refund to the original method of purchase, within 30 days of the date the order was received.
Returns are subject to an $9.95 shipping and handling fee for each item being returned, which will be deducted from your refund. Return shipping/handling is always free on exchanges or if you opt to receive a store credit. Please note that any outbound shipping costs paid are non-refundable.
Items must be returned in unworn, unwashed, unsoiled and unaltered condition. All hang tags must remain attached. Returns that do not meet these criteria are subject to delays and will be sent back to the customer.
Please note that Marquise Paris handbags are not eligible to return for refund. These are eligible to return for store credit or exchange only, and within 15 days of receipt of your Marquise Paris order.
Please note that items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase are not eligible for refund. All "Final Sale" items are eligible for exchange or store credit in the form of a NicoBlu Gift Card. Masks are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to hygienic reasons.
Please note that we reserve the right to cancel any future orders linked to profiles that exhibit abuse of our return policies–such as excessive returns.

Once we receive, inspect and approve your return, you will be issued a refund to the original form of payment. Refunds can be expected in 5-7 business days.

So many of our styles have sold out as soon as they have become available, only to be replenished and sold out again. When you place a pre-order, your payment is charged and your items are automatically reserved. As we produce small quantities, placing a pre-order ensures that your item is reserved before it sells out.
Your order will ship as soon as the item becomes available, via the shipping method (i.e. ground or expedited) that was selected at the time of the order.

Most of NicoBlu tunics are washable by hand or on a gentle machine cycle. All tunics are dry cleanable. Detailed care instructions are noted on each product page.
NicoBlu tunics are crafted of 100% high-density cotton to help prevent see-through. They are not treated with any chemicals to prevent wrinkles. While many dress shirts are treated with harsh and unhealthy chemicals that lose their effectiveness when washed, we believe that high quality is about not making compromises or about taking short cuts.
When taken care of, your tunics will last for many years to come.
NicoBlu kaftans are made of 100% high quality viscose that feels like silk. Most of our kaftans are washable on a gentle machine cycle. Detailed care instructions are noted on each product page. All NicoBlu kaftans are dry cleanable.
We designed all the jewel tassels to be removable–so that these do not get damaged during washing or dry cleaning.
If your kaftan gets wrinkled, hang it up overnight to shake out the wrinkles or iron with steam.
NicoBlu short tunic dresses are crafted of 97% high density cotton, 3%Q lycra. This provides a bit of stretch and also helps prevent wrinkles.
NicoBlu long tunic dresses are 100% cotton. The cotton is lighter and airier than that of our tunics as our long dresses are geared to warmer climates.
Most of our tunic dresses are machine washable on a gentle cycle. Detailed care instructions are noted on each product page.
Once you purchase a NicoBlu gift card you will receive an order confirmation, followed by an email with the virtual gift card code itself. You may then forward this on. The recipient may redeem the gift card by entering the gift card's unique code at checkout.

Yes, they are. The only thing you need to transfer your gift card is the gift card code, which can be found in the gift card email.
Our gift cards are non-refundable; however, you may always transfer a gift card to someone else.
We accept returns and exchanges (as per our return policies above).
However, any returns made on a gift purchase are eligible for store credit only. These are not eligible for refunds.
We cover free ground shipping on all orders $75 or more. Since state taxes vary, we cannot offer gift card amounts that cover taxes as well.
The NicoBlu eGift card never expires. The code only expires once the full amount of the gift card has been used.
