We design each piece to be singular and stand-alone; each has its unique story. No detail is overlooked—from the mixing of our own colors to achieve an exacting hue to selecting the right sheen of a stone on an embellishment. Each piece must be versatile, effortlessly traveling from day into night. Each piece must complement the total Nicoblu collection to fit our Nicoblu woman’s many moods. The effect is that of a highly curated collection picked up on many travels.
We produce in India–a country we intentionally selected drawn to its astounding diversity, its cultivation of beauty and mastery of centuries’ old hand-crafted techniques. The India of today is a direct continuation of the India across millennia past.

We ship from New Canaan, CT. Nicoblu's senior management team closely supervises warehousing and ensures that every package is carefully inspected, lovingly packed and shipped as quickly as possible.

In Canada, duties and taxes are incurred on any orders over $150CAD. Only taxes (no duties) are incurred on orders valued $40 CAD-$150 CAD. Neither duties nor taxes are not incurred on orders valued under $40 CAD.

In the US, Ground Shipping takes 3-5 business days to arrive. Orders ship from Connecticut, so they usually arrive sooner if you are located on the East Coast versus the West Coast.

Every time your order shiops, you will be receiving an email confirmation with a tracking # to track your package. Please contact us immediately if you see that your package is lost in transit and we will work with our carrier to make sure that it gets safely in your hands.
Nicoblu is not responsible for lost or stolen packages–as long as the shipping carrier (i.e. USPS or UPS) shows proof of having delivered the package to the shipping address provided when placing your order.
We require a signature upon delivery of any orders $500 or more.
Should you wish to require a signature on any orders below $500, please leave a note with your order or contact us to let us know. We can arrange this for a nominal additional fee.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept returns and exchanges of all items within 30 days of receipt. Please note that masks are not eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges due to hygienic reasons. Any item marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase is not eligible for returns or exchanges.
In the US, enjoy free shipping back on exchanges. For any order placed on or after October 11, 2021, the cost of return handling is $7.50 for any number of items each time these are shipped back and will be deducted from your refund.

We'll gladly accept unworn, unwashed and unaltered items for returns or exchanges. All tags and hangtags must remain attached.
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment as soon as your item has been received and inspected–usually 1-3 business days after a return is received. Please note that it may take several days for the bank that is the issuer of your payment method to process the refund.
Worldwide, please contact us to arrange for shipping returns. International customers must pay shipping for returns.
Once our warehouse receives, inspects and approves your return, you will be issued a refund to the original form of payment. You will receive an email as soon as your refund is issued. It usually takes about 3-5 days to issue the refund.
We're glad to make an exchange for you. You may make an exchange within 30 days of receipt of your order.

So many of our styles have sold out as soon as they have become available, only to be replenished and sold out again. When you place a pre-order, your payment is charged and your items are automatically reserved. As we produce small quantities, placing a pre-order ensures that your item is reserved before it sells out.
Your order will ship as soon as the item becomes available, via the shipping method (i.e. ground or expedited) that was selected at the time of the order.
The expected ship date is indicated on the product page and you will be notified when your pre-order ships.

We carry sizes XS-4X in both Regular (for heights 5'4" and up) and Petite (for heights 5'3" and below).

Nicoblu does not keep any credit card information on file.

Yes, they are. The only thing you need to transfer your gift card is the gift card code, which can be found in the gift card email.
Our gift cards are non-refundable; however, you may always transfer a gift card to someone else.
We accept returns and exchanges (as per our return policies above).
However, any returns made on a gift purchase are eligible for store credit only. These are not eligible for refunds.
We cover free ground shipping on all orders $75 or more. Since state taxes vary, we cannot offer gift card amounts that cover taxes as well.
The Nicoblu eGift card never expires. The code only expires once the full amount of the gift card has been used.
