NicoBlu was founded in 2020 by Katherine Lantuch and Peter Rizzo, two fashion industry veterans. NicoBlu takes us on a journey interwoven with a rich blend of cultures they discovered on past trips to Capri, Jaipur, and Cote D'Azur. It summons escape and adventure–a mood that is at once glamorous, mysterious and intoxicating.

We ship all over the world, including Europe, Australia and the Middle East. Your preferred shipping method may be selected at checkout. We ship International order via DHL.
VAT/Duties/Taxes are included in the shipping costs at checkout.

We ship from our fulfillment center in New Canaan, CT. NicoBlu's senior management team closely supervises warehousing and ensures that every package is carefully inspected, lovingly packed and shipped as quickly as possible.
We ship all over the world–including Jaipur, Marrakesh, and Cote D'Azur! If you do not see your country at checkout or need help with placing an order, do not hesitate to contact us.
Ground shipping is free within the US (including Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico).
Orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours from the date they are placed (excluding weekends and US national holidays).
Orders that have selected expedited shipping (Next Day, 2nd Day or 3rd Day Select) ship the same day these are placed by 3pm EST, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
Please note that our carriers do not deliver on weekends or national holidays.
In the US, Ground Shipping takes 5-7 business days to arrive. Orders ship from Connecticut, so they usually arrive sooner if you are located on the East Coast versus the West Coast.

Outside the US, orders take about 5-8 business days to arrive via Standard shipping. Expedited shipping is available at checkout. In rare cases, orders may get held up in customs so please allocate additional time.
Please note that pre-orders that are not available to ship now will ship on the date indicated on our website (as well as your order confirmation).
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a shipping tracking number.
You will also receive email updates on when your order is out for delivery and also when your order has arrived. If your order ships in multiple packages you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail for each separate package.
We ship via USPS or UPS within the US.
If you need to ship only via USPS or UPS, please add a note at checkout. You may also email us at care@nicoblu.com–as long as the order has not been shipped.
We ship any orders outside of the US via DHL. VAT/Duties/Taxes are calculated at checkout.
Yes, we ship to P.O. Boxes, APO and FPO via USPS.
Please contact us immediately and we would be happy to update your shipping address–as long as the order has not been shipped.
Any orders priced $1,000 or above are shipped with a signature required to release the package at the time of delivery.
Once your order ships, you will be receiving an email confirmation with a tracking # to track your package. Please contact us immediately if you see that your package is lost in transit and we will work with our carrier to ensure delivery.
NicoBlu is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages that show proof of having been delivered. Please contact us at the time of placing your order if you wish to arrange for a signature required delivery at a nominal additional fee.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At NicoBlu, customer satisfaction is always our top priority. If you are not perfectly satisfied with your purchase, we will happily accept your timely return– of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise. Please note that all hangtags must remain attached.
We supply a prepaid shipping label once a return or exchange has been requested. Please send us your return within 30 days of receiving your merchandise. A refund will be credited to the original form of payment, less a $9.95 shipping and handling fee.
Please note that the shipping/handling fee also applies to packages that are refused.
Returns must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery. It is at the discretion of NicoBlu whether or not to accept merchandise that is sent back later than 30 days, and additional fees may apply.
Returns are free if you choose to use your own label. Please be sure to keep a copy of your postmark date, shipping label and tracking number as we can not issue refunds for returns that are outside of the return timeframe, are shipped to the incorrect address or have no record of being delivered. INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Please contact us to arrange for shipping returns of any orders shipped outside the US. International customers must pay shipping for returns or exchanges. The shipping/handling fees will be waived. Please be sure to keep a copy of your postmark date, shipping label and tracking number as we can not issue refunds for returns that are outside of the return timeframe, are shipped to the incorrect address or have no record of being delivered.
RETURN REQUIREMENTS
Items must be returned in unworn, unwashed, unsoiled and unaltered condition. All hang tags must remain attached. Returns that do not meet these criteria are subject to delays and will be sent back to the customer.

MARQUISE PARIS HANDBAGS
Marquise Paris handbags are not eligible to return for refund. These are eligible to return for store credit or exchange only, and within 15 days of receipt of your Marquise Paris order.

2. Once your request has been received and approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and will also reserve the item you would like to exchange into.
3. Once your original order is received, we will ship the reserved exchange item.
The prepaid shipping label we provide have a QR code that can be printed by the USPS from your phone.
Alternatively, please contact us and we will ship the prepaid shipping to an address provided.
Once we receive, inspect and approve your return, you will be issued a refund to the original form of payment. Returns are processed in 8-12 business days from the time these are received, and refunds can be expected 3-5 business days after processing. An email confirmation is sent once a refund has been issued.
We would be glad to accept a return or exchange your gift, as long as the Order # (that may be found on your gift receipt) is provided.
We will issue a store credit in the form of a gift card for your return. Please note that gift returns may not be redeemed for cash.

PRE-ORDERS
When you place a pre-order, your payment is charged and your items are automatically reserved. Placing a pre-order ensures that your item is reserved before it sells out.
Your order will ship as soon as the item becomes available, via the shipping method (i.e. ground or expedited) that was selected at the time of the order. Orders with expedited shipping will be prioritized.
Once your order is ready to ship, you will be receiving an email with a shipping tracking number.

Yes, of course you may cancel a pre-order, as long as it had not yet shipped. (You will be receiving an email once your pre-order is shipped, together with tracking information). Please contact us any time to do so.

PAYMENTS
All transactions are secured. The NicoBlu (www.nicoblu.com) website is provided with an SSL encryption system to protect personal and payment data.
Nicoblu does not keep any credit card information on file.
We accept most forms of credit cards, debit card payment, PayPal, AmazonPay, Google Pay, or Affirm with a valid billing address. Accepted credit cards are: Visa, American Express, MasterCard, and Discover.
We have partnered with Affirm and ShopPay, enabling you to pay at your own pace.
It is simple to use and Affirm charges zero fees and zero interest. Add your items to the shopping cart. Then select Affirm at checkout. Provide a few pieces of information (your privacy remains secure) and get a real-time approval decision. GIFT CARDS
Once you purchase a NicoBlu gift card you will receive an order confirmation, followed by an email with the virtual gift card code itself. You may then forward this on.
Alternatively, you may select the recipient when placing your gift card order, together with a note to add to your gift card. You may then send this directly to your intended recipient.
The recipient may redeem the gift card by entering the gift card's unique code at checkout.

Yes, they are. The only thing you need to transfer your gift card is the gift card code, which can be found in the gift card email.
Our gift cards are non-refundable; however, you may always transfer a gift card to someone else.
We accept returns and exchanges (as per our return policies above).
Refunds are issued to the gift card balance.
Any value of the purchase that exceeds the value of the gift card balance that was used to make the purchase will be refunded to the payment method used.
We offer free ground hipping.
Since state taxes vary, we cannot offer gift card amounts that cover taxes as well.
The NicoBlu eGift card never expires. The code only expires once the full amount of the gift card has been used.
