HOW DOES IT WORK?
1. Once you purchase a gift card, it will be emailed directly to you or your recipient (if you select "I want to send this as a gift."
2. The email will contain the unique gift card code that may be redeemed at checkout.
Use of the NicoBlu gift card can be redeemed only at nicoblu.com. The card cannot be exchanged for cash, check or credit. Please treat this card like cash; if this card is lost or stolen it will not be replaced. Redeemable only for goods and services not exceeding the remaining credit balance on this card.

Ground shipping is free on all orders, including Puerto Rico and Alaska. Please note that shipping to Hawaii is calculated at checkout. All orders to Hawaii are shipped via UPS. Expedited shipping (Next Day and 2nd Day) is also available at checkout at an extra, variable cost. Orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours from the date they are placed (excluding weekends and US national holidays). Orders that have selected expedited shipping (Next Day, 2nd Day or 3rd Day Select) ship the same day these are placed by 3pm EST, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
INTERNATIONAL
We ship all over the world, including Europe, Asia, Australia and the Middle East. Your preferred shipping method may be selected at checkout. We ship International order via DHL. VAT/Duties/Taxes are included in the shipping costs at checkout.
We accept returns within 30 days from the date that your order is delivered. Please note that Orders marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase (i.e. priced ending in 98 cents) are not eligible for refund and may be exchanged or returned for store credit only. Blythe Earrings, decorative pillows, and Rheinhard Plank hats are not eligible for returns. Customers with orders shipped outside the US must pay shipping for returns or exchanges.
When you place a pre-order, your payment is charged, and your items are automatically reserved. Placing a pre-order ensures that your item is reserved before it sells out. Your order will ship as soon as the item becomes available, via the shipping method (i.e. ground or expedited) that was selected at the time of the order. Once your order is ready to ship, you will be receiving an email with a shipping tracking number. Pre-order items are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of having been delivered.
