HOW DO PRE-ORDERS WORK?

When you place a pre-order, your payment is charged and your items are automatically reserved. As we produce small quantities, placing a pre-order ensures that your item is reserved before it sells out.

Your order will ship as soon as the item becomes available, via the shipping method (i.e. ground or expedited) that was selected at the time of the order.

The expected ship date is indicated on the product page and you will be notified when your pre-order ships.

What happens if I my order contains items that ship now, as well as items that are pre-orders. When will my order ship?

We will ship those items that are available to ship now immediately. We will ship items ordered as pre-orders when these become available. 

You will incur no extra fees on shipping items as they become available.
