Perfect PETITE black tie dress

"I’m only 5’1” which makes finding dresses for black tie and cocktail parties difficult. The Noor black dress was beautifully made! The fabric was surprisingly the perfect weight and genuine high quality. The beading was prettier in person and LOVED the turquoise and gold contrast with the black fabric. The BEST PART was it came in petite!!!! No alterations! I had tons of compliments! Added benefit was customer service. Beyond helpful! What a pleasure. 5’1” 143 lbs. and large chest."

Fabulous in Fuschia

"Gorgeous dress , light fabric , great fit , very flattering and I’m a size 14p , 5’4” . Hem not needed ! The color is gorgeous and the fabric is very light for a 3/4 sleeve dress. This dress does NOT have a lining and is not see through . I originally ordered the dress in black , but , the black dress is lined and made the fit across the hips tight and it pulled. Although the black is stunning , just keep that in mind when you order. I exchanged the black for the fuschia and the fit is perfect! The customer servuce team is excellent, no questions asked, they handled the exchange w/o any problem! My new favorite dress line : Nicoblu. For beautiful , feminine and high quality fabrics."

"I wanted to love this dress but was disappointed in the quality of the fabric and the lack of “give” to it. The embellishments and embroidery were beautiful but decided on another dress from NicoBlu to wear as mother of the bride."

"I felt very elegant in this beautiful dress. I wore it to a Gala and got many compliments. My only complaint is, I spilled some water on the material and it turned the black color lighter. It’s very knowledgeable because it’s in the front of the dress. I don’t know what to do. I’m hoping the company can give me feedback on how to correct this."

A STANDOUT IN TODAY’S RETAIL MARKET!

"I never spend this kind of money on clothing because I always end up disappointed. But, Nicoblu and the Long Black Noor dress have vastly exceeded my expectations! I’m 5’4” 145lbs so at first I ordered the petite 8 because I was concerned the reg 8 would be too long. When it didn’t quite fit properly, I called customer service to ask their advice on sizing. Peter himself called me back, gave great advice, and priority mailed a replacement during a CT snowstorm! He graciously allowed me to hold on to the first dress to see which was better. His advice was SPOT ON! The 8 regular fits like a glove! The quality of the garment and the beading is outstanding. This is truly a remarkable company with stunning product and customer service that is unbeatable! Keep it up Katherine and Peter! You’re killing it!"

Ground shipping is free on all orders, including Puerto Rico and Alaska. Please note that shipping to Hawaii is calculated at checkout. All orders to Hawaii are shipped via UPS. Expedited shipping (Next Day and 2nd Day) is also available at checkout at an extra, variable cost. Orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours from the date they are placed (excluding weekends and US national holidays). Orders that have selected expedited shipping (Next Day, 2nd Day or 3rd Day Select) ship the same day these are placed by 1:30pm EST, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

INTERNATIONAL
We ship all over the world, including Europe, Asia, Australia and the Middle East. Your preferred shipping method may be selected at checkout. We ship International order via DHL. VAT/Duties/Taxes are included in the shipping costs at checkout.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept returns within 30 days from the date that your order is delivered. Please note that Orders marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase (i.e. priced ending in 98 cents) are not eligible for refund and may be exchanged or returned for store credit only. Blythe Earrings, decorative pillows, and Rheinhard Plank hats are not eligible for returns. Customers with orders shipped outside the US must pay shipping for returns or exchanges.

When you place a pre-order, your payment is charged, and your items are automatically reserved. Placing a pre-order ensures that your item is reserved before it sells out. Your order will ship as soon as the item becomes available, via the shipping method (i.e. ground or expedited) that was selected at the time of the order. Once your order is ready to ship, you will be receiving an email with a shipping tracking number. Pre-order items are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of having been delivered.
